I’ve always said it’s about 1 in 10 that experiences a dash error (even though everything is working fine). in the early days this wasn’t an issue as we were only dispatching a handful a week but today it’s more popular than it’s ever been and in some cases we’re dispatching over 50 tail tidy kits a week. This means more and more emails are coming into my inbox notifying me of a dash error.
